Assistive Listening HQ offers a 30 day return policy, provided equipment is in unused, like-new condition.
If you have a question or there is a technical issue with the equipment we will be happy to assist you in getting it set up and functioning properly. For technical support, please contact us here. If the equipment is defective we will exchange it at no cost to you.
If you wish to return equipment, please follow the following steps:
Step 1: Contact us to request an RMA number and return shipping address. NOTE: No returns can be accepted without a manufacturer’s RMA number.
Step 2: Ship the package to the address we provide, making sure to mark the package clearly with your RMA number.
Step 3: Once the equipment arrives, it will be inspected for damage at the factory.
Step 4: We will issue your refund, less a 15% restocking fee and any charges for equipment damage, by check, credit card, or Paypal depending on your method of initial payment.
